8 dpo

I’m 8 dpo today, and I woke up at 4 this morning due to having sore boobs but as the day went on my right wasn’t sore just my left , my boobs feel heavy, my cervix is soft & high , I don’t know if you can really go off of that. I’ve had little pinching pains in my abdomen every now and then, super bad acid reflux ( I noticed that with my first but ended in a mc ). But occasionally I will have a slight cramp in my vagina … tested negative this morning , I know it’s super early. So I guess what I’m wondering , did anyone else experience this was it your period or early stages of pregnancy?

This month we tried preseed and I also was prescribed Letrozole , due to pcos.
