Sleep regression 😫

You guys i think the 6 month sleep regression hit my son early. His 4 month regression ended already and now all of a sudden he wont sleep in his crib? He only sleeps on my chest even though hes been sleeping independently in his bassinet and now crib since day 1. Im EXHAUSTED. This is now night 2 of this. My son wont be 6 months for another 3 weeks yet. How long did the 6 month sleep regression last for you? Ugh and its friggen hockey playoffs and hes watching it so my husband is not helpful at all so i just wont sleep i guess.
