Sciatica / pelvic back pain
Hi does anyone have or had horrendous back pain in your pelvis? My back / pelvis & hip keep locking . I’m 20 weeks and the midwife is sending me for physio but I’m on the brink off not being able to cope anymore. It hurts to walk sit stand and lay. I’m taking paracetamol and have a hot water bottle constantly on my hip. Is there anything else I can do?
