Gas pain/pelvic & vaginal Achiness

So My husband and I have been TTC after a miscarriage in October. That was my 3rd early miscarriage so I’m very anxious and worried this time around. I got numerous positive pregnancy test (even digital) on 5/24 with my period not due until yesterday 5/26. I’ve had zero spotting or bleeding. I’ve been nauseous on and off with some vomiting. But what I’m worried about is the gas pains. They are so intense. I also have brief on and off achiness in my pelvic & vaginal area accompanied with lower back pain. I’m 4 weeks today (per the app) and have my blood work scheduled for tomorrow 5/28 but won’t know anything for a few days because of the weekend and holiday.
