Advice??

Hello everyone. I just found out I was pregnant at my doctors confirmation test on Tuesday the 24th, my missed period was Friday the 20th. My doctor said my EDD was 1/25 (LMP 4/17/22) they scheduled me an ultrasound on Thursday 26th. When I went in for ultrasound she was very surprised I was scheduled (me too I didn’t until 7/8 weeks with my 1st). Tech had asked if I had any cramping or bleeding, which I’ve had neither, and said she could see something very small measuring about 2.5 weeks. I know I didn’t get a positive ovulation test until 5/5. They sent me to get blood work done yesterday and an ultrasound again in two weeks. They are closed for the long holiday weekend, and My anxiety has been through the roof. Just curious if this had happened to anyone before, or any advice ? We’ve tried for two years to get pregnant with our second, so just praying everything’s okay.
