Could I be going to have a miscarriage soon?

The first test was very clear and the second one not the same. I’ve still been having the same pregnancy symptoms but I’ve been having this pain on my left side of my stomach.

Unfortunately tests won't be able to tell. You but this actually looks like an amazing progress. The second test isn't lighter, the left line is the test line. Which means the line that wouldn't be there if you weren't pregnant. Considering its darker than the control line is quite good. 
Miscarriages and especially missed Miscarriage can still happen even if HCG progresses perfectly in the beginning. (I know cause it happened to me). So we can't say that you won't have one. 
But try to stop testing now (can't get any darker now) and what for your ultrasound. If you have it at 7 weeks and there's a heartbeat the likelihood of a miscarriage drops right down. 
Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Pregnancy after loss is the hardest thing! Try and find a group of women who have been through it or who are going through it with you. I have a group I've been in for 18months now. We all had losses before we joined each other and some of us had losses in those 18 months as well. But most of us are now pregnant or just had their rainbow baby. I wouldn't have survived this pregnancy without them. It's a horrible club to be in, but the support is amazing xx

No it's just depends what time of the day you took the test. 
The earlier you test in the morning like your first morning pee the darker the line will be .
From my understanding you took this to test the same day
