So this is a human thing we do called Pareidolia! It’s the brains way of trying to make patterns where there isn’t one. It’s why we see shapes in clouds, religious icons on toast, the “face on Mars”, etc … So that’s what’s happening here! There is only one baby, but our brains look for familiar shapes amongst backgrounds, so that’s why you and others (myself included) can see a second “face”.

I see what you mean, but I think that’s just the placenta and all the stuff in there with baby. By now, you look pretty far along that you’d notice or know.
