child care

hey guys what does every body do for child care ? i’m thinking about putting our baby in day car during the day since i’ll be going back to work soon. unfortunately it’s just not feasible for me to stay home and we don’t have any family that lives close nor friends that would be able to babysit during the day. another option was going to be to hire a babysitter to come to our house since we would have cameras for safety and reassurance but i’m not really sure where to find someone reputable. i’m having a lot of anxiety after hearing so many horror stories about daycares. any advice ?
