baby didn’t grow and no heartbeat at 13 weeks

Hello mommies! Can I ask of your opinions? First time mom here🥹

I had my monthly check up 2nd week of May, found out that my baby had no heartbeat on TVS ultrasound (I was 11 weeks). Doctor prescribed me progesterone and told me to be back after 2 weeks.

So 2 weeks after, still no heartbeat (I’m already 13 weeks from LMP) and also, she said baby didn’t grow. It was measured 9 weeks from the ultrasound. Two days prior to my 2nd visit, I had experienced light-to-almost-heavy spotting and moderate cramps. Doctor advised me to have bed rest and take isoxsuprine and progesterone for another 2 weeks.

Right now, I’m very scared.. some says if there’s no heartbeat on the 3rd visit, its a failed pregnancy. 🥹
