Spotting again... What to do

So I started spotting again this morning. It started as bright red but wasn't a lot and has since slowed down again. I don't know if I should go back to the ER again and get baby checked out and make sure everything is okay or not? I am a little concerned but not like I usually am. I think everything is okay but I still get concerns! I told myself if it slowed down that I didn't think I 2oukd need to go but now I'm thinking I might, but I don't have a vehicle here either and no way to get there. I have an ultrasound on Wednesday with my doctor and could just wait until then. Does anyone have any advice on what would be the smartest and best thing to do? I have had 3 losses prior to this and just want this baby healthy and safe and to have a good strong healthy heartbeat!
