i honestly don’t know what to do 🥺

i have an 11 month old baby girl , her birthday is june 24th . her grandmother (my mil) and i were planning it together , she was going to help me as in rent the place for us and pay for the food and cake , but she is so unreliable & acts like she doesn’t care about my daughter . she’s never really there , she always comes in and out of my daughters life , she’ll get her for the night some days but then will go ghost on the other days . she’s been like this since she was born , but at first she cared but now idk . i’ve tried giving her the benefit of the doubt , especially since my mom isn’t here anymore 🥺 but i don’t think i have it in me anymore to try to get her to care for my daughter . i am also 9 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby , which she doesn’t care about either , and i told her almost a month ago about my ultrasound appointment and that i’d need her to watch my daughter for me so my husband can go in & she said it was okay and that she’d take off work & now she’s not even answering me but is active on fb . im so fed up . at this point just thinking about having a small party for my baby with people who genuinely care about her instead of with people she doesn’t know aka her dads side of the family or people that pretend to gaf . mind you i never would keep my child from them they just never made an effort . what should i do? should i cancel the party me and my mother in law planned and throw something small or try to suck it up and hope she actually rented and got everything she said she would ? please im so lost and hurt
