Fatigue?
Hi everyone,
So before I found out I was expecting, I was super active. I'd workout usually 2 times a day, 6 days a week. But now I feel so demotivated and like I don't have the energy to do it.
Now, I'm not falling asleep all the time like I did with my first but it's so unlike me to not want to workout. Could this also be fatigue?
