TDap side effects ????

Question

Anyone get their TDap and get a head cold afterwards? I have a sore arm, my nose is stuffed up, can’t stop sneezing and I feel like my head is being crushed. This is my 5th pregnancy and I don’t remember having any symptoms afterwards besides the sore arm. Thanks x

I don't remember symptoms with my first pregnancy either. But this time I got it a week after my covid booster and I think it made symptoms worse. My arm was so sore after and puffy and bruised. And I was very fatigued that day. Felt much better the next day though! It kind of sounds to me like you have a cold.

Those sound like just typical side effects of vaccines. My arm was really sore this time.

My arm hurt for over a month this time around. I'm on blood thinners though. You probably just picked up a cold around the same time you got the shot.

It’s probably coincidental! Usually the TDap is just soreness at the site. Of course, it’s not impossible to have other side effects.
