Can’t control my blood sugar

Is anyone having a hard time with gestational diabetes? I had it my prior pregnancy but it was nothing like this.

I can’t for the life of me control my sugar level, no matter how much I exercise or how much I change my diet.

I’m currently on metformin and insulin started at 8 units now I’m at 12, my regular meals are fine but it’s my fasting number I can’t control. They want it at under 90 but it’s always 115ish when I wake up.

I feel so stressed especially since every time I check my sugar it uploads it automatically to my doctors app lolz
