The snugglers are for small babes and the movers are for bigger ones (babies who are crawling, getting around) I believe? My guy is in a size 4, almost 5… and his Huggies are the Movers now.

Snugglers are only small sizes and then once they hit size 3 i think? They move on to movers. Thats really the only difference
