Just reaching to see if anyone has experienced anything similar.

In regards to covid, I work in a covid clinic so have to wear a mask for long hours at a time.

After a small number of hours of wearing a mask I get something like this (please see attached photo).

This is NOT acne, not a single pimple here, however it is extremely dry.

Just seeing if anyone has experienced anything similar and how they or I could potentially prevent this from happening.

I find moisturising constantly doesn’t help.
