How should I feel/do?

I'll started out this post saying me and my mother never really had a great relationship but we've been trying to work on it so a few weeks ago my mother came over to my house I will admit my house was a little messy with toys and just random stuff everywhere nothing that a 20 minute clean up wouldn't fix. a few days ago me and my mother got into a pretty heavy argument and she told me that she's going to call DCS on me because the way my house was. My kids have got everything plus more! They have their own bedrooms they have food water, electric clothes, toys everything they could want or need. They are absolutely in no way shape or form neglected or abused! I know if she calls and they do come over they're not going to find anything but it still makes me extremely nervous. What should I say if they do happen to come over? me and my mother's relationship is completely done after this! I've never had anyone ever threaten to call DCS on me in my 13 years of being a mother! I'm beside myself!😞
