Last baby hating anything but boob and mommy carry

Hi all! Its been super fast forwarded 2022. Had my last LO in Dec 2021, first time with preemie, first time colic baby, and first time baby who exclusively breastfed until this far at 5.5months old. She was supplemented with neosure in the first 2 months with the bottle without any confusion. Now she is older she won’t even take bottle!!! She spat out pacifier so don’t even go there 😫 I have tried so hard for her to take pacifier. She now has separation anxiety and wont let anyone else carry her without ballistically bawling 😭 I am a fifth time mom but this is a first! What did you all have done!? Help!
