I’m not even sure if this is related to my c-section since it’s been 3 year since the section but it’s only been happening since I’ve had a c-section.

I’m experiencing not pain as such more like a nipping sensation in my lower stomach, to the right but slightly below my belly button. It’s mainly only when I bend down that I get this ‘nipping’ sensation. It’s enough to jolt me back up but it lasts seconds. Has anyone else experienced this before or have any idea what it could possibly be?
