If I had a cat, yes I would.
I do a lot of things I probably shouldn't do while pregnant like cleaning with chemicals, but when you have no help due to him working 5 days a week and you're stubborn that's what happens 🤣

My cat is indoors only so I'm not at risk.

We have the litter robots that self clean but my husband cleans the bottom tray once a week. If he isn’t around, I’ll mask up and put gloves on but my cats are indoor only so the risk is slim to none tbh

My husband and I have had cats for 6 years and I’ve never once scooped the litter box lol, and this is my third pregnancy

When I had a cat with a litter box I didn’t get close to it. My current cat only does her business outside so no need but I still have one of the kids clean up any mouse or bird she leaves for us.

Nope..that turned into my husbands job. Still is his job even 2 1/2 years after I gave birth😂 if I had to do it though I would just wear a mask and gloves
