How do Braxton Hicks feel?

Sometimes i feel like tightening or hardening of my uterus but it seems to happen when my baby girl is about to do a few kicks so I’m not sure if those are BH or just my baby moving…? No pain or anything.

Your whole uterus kind of tightens up and gets hard but it doesn’t “hurt” more uncomfortable. You can still talk and do normal things through them. You will feel them all the time in your third trimester to help your body prepare for actual labor. 
They are completely irregular. Like I said, just uncomfortable. :)

It's a very tight feeling and it feels uncomfortable and like you can't breathe (at least for me)

Yea, im 20w so i guess i might be having some BH already. Thx ladies!

I started having BH very early (at 19-20w) and my first thought was that baby was in weird position. My belly would become hard like a ball and I could see how one side is in weird shape and sticking out. Baby movement can definitely trigger BH same as full bladder or too much activity. One more thing, Sometimes Im only aware of having a BH cuz I have a hard time breathing
