OPK’s for preventing pregnancy
Hi Ladies
I am currently 6 weeks PP and have to start thinking about methods of family planning.
I have had very bad experiences with several forms of birth control and am now looking into natural family planning, and considering using OPK’s. What’s your experience using natural family planning, and would you recommend?
