Been a long time ! Sleep ?

Question

How's everyone a almost 4 year olds sleeping these days ? What time do you put them to bed ? When to they wake ? Do they sleep the night ? Naps ? 
I'm struggling with sleep still since he was a baby and I'm just so tired 😴

I know this was a while ago but still stands for us for the last year or so- no naps unless I make him lay down cuz he’s crabby. Begrudgingly lays down and struggles to fall asleep by 9pm on normal nights. Wakes between 6 and 6:30. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Hes always struggled to sleep tho.

1-3pm - nap
830pm - bed

He goes to bed at 8pm, wakes at 7 on school days and as late as 8.30-9 on his days off, hasn't had a nap since he was 1 though.
