Weight gain during pregnancy

When I was pregnant with my first child , I lost then gained about 25lbs . This pregnancy I have lost 25lbs . I’m now almost 18 weeks and eat everything . I’m not gaining weight tho ? lost another pound …. My doc isn’t concerned but wondering…. Has anyone else has experienced this??? . My belly is there , my appetite is completely there ….. just not the weight …. Yet.
