Just turned 5 weeks today

I have very tolerable cramps right now. at first it was just on the side I implanted on and yesterday and today my whole uterus just the center was throbbing lightly. I’m 4 days past my missed period and first ultrasound is on the 23rd. Is this normal? Did anyone else have this ?
