What’s your 6 months first meal?

Have you tried to let babe suck on some steak? Did you cook it well done?

i would not let a six month old eat steak. way too chewy. try something like mashed potatoes

I plan to start with an avocado puree since the flavor is mild.

I made carrot pure as a first meal at 5 months. Made sweet potato pure as a second meal

I did BLW and never started with steak. I'm sure it would be fine as long as it's prepared correctly but I always start with sweet potatoe fingers, or avocado chunks, something more along there.

My daughter had a rib bone with most meat pulled off, avocado, steamed broccoli. 
I did give my daughter steak when she was 6m! She loved sucking all the nutrients out!
