My 23 month old is def in the hitting phase . It’s usually directed at her newborn sister . I feel horrible I never leave their sight but even then her sister gets pinched and hit . I try to give my two year old dedicated time each day but it’s hard also when I’m breast feeding and alone in the house. I have to take the newborn with me .

Im reading to focus on baby first and not give attention to negative behaviors and then explain that hitting hurts but it’s easier said then done sometimes she keeps trying and I just end up losing it and getting mad at her . Any advise ?!
