9w5d pregnant and so happy! So sick, but so happy. 😂 I’m already becoming very afraid of labor and delivery. I am 31 and have a herniated disc in my lower back which makes me feel hesitant to receive an epidural. But I also know, I probably wouldn’t be able to do it without pain medications. Is it all as bad as I think it’s going to be? Anyone else out their with a bad back that did receive an epidural? I know it’s a ways away, but the fear is starting to set in already.
