First day tracking bbt
Is there anything I should know ? It has been a year of trying, only using opk. Two miscarriages. And now I’ve decided after a short break and a beautiful vacation in Italy now that we are back I will also start temping. I have never done this and don’t quite understand how to read the charts they look like foreign language to me , but I’m giving it a go just to see
