I put him down between 8 & 8:15p. Usually is asleep by 9 at the latest. He wakes up between 8 & 9a.

Asleep around 8 and awake around 7am

Always in bed by 7:30pm. Sometimes she’s asleep by 8, other nights by 8:30 or 9.
We always wake her up at 7am. If we let her sleep in until 8am, she ends up napping later in the afternoon and then has trouble falling asleep at bedtime and won’t fall asleep until 10pm or later.

All three of my boys (5, 3, almost 2) go to bed around 8:30. My 5 year old is usually out immediately. My 2 y/o usually falls asleep around 9. And my 3 y/o, around 11-12. 
5 y/o is up by 7 usually. 2 y/o depends. Sometimes he is up by 7:30. But occasionally he will sleep in until 11. 3 y/o will sleep until 10/11.

Wait between 7-8 am if it’s dark. We have black out curtains. If we stay somewhere without curtains, she’s up when the sun is up. No matter what time she goes to bed lol
