Pain with sneeze pregnant

Okay so I know this is going to sound silly. But this is my first pregnancy. I just found out and haven’t even missed period yet. I’m so excited but so anxious about something happening. I was just in the car and sneezed really hard and then I had bad pain in my uterus area for like 20 seconds. Is that normal???
