how to start labor
Hi guys! I posted last night about having my membranes stripped today. My doctor ended up not fully stripping them because it was so painful, and she said what she did do probably wasn’t enough to do anything. I am 3 cm dilated and nearly 100% effaced. Do you guys have any tips to help start labor that worked for you? I’ve seen so many things but never heard of them actually working. Thanks💕💕
