Hello can anyone help me with these symptoms

I recently went to my OB for routine STI testing and they found nothing with a vaginal swab or blood testing. They did find this reoccurring BV . I have an increased urge to pee as soon as I feel it coming I feel like I have to run to the bathroom. After I pee I feel this weird pressure or somewhat of a tingling sensation. Could this be due to the BV or could this be something else . I’ve been having these symptoms for a least 2 months now .. PLEASE HELP !!!
