Did anyone else feel like a zombie when coming off anti-depressants?

Answer

It's an adjustment period your body goes through, it's VERY disconcerting but nothing harmful and totally expected for some people. It'll pass. It doesn't hurt to bring it up to your medical team and just let them know when it started, and then when it goes away. Best of luck to you and hang in there 🤗
