Is this normal?

I breastfed all my babies so I really don’t know what are usual quantities baby have on formula. I was with my formula feeding friend yesterday and she gave her 4 month 7 oz bottle before sleep. He didn’t settle, was a bit fussy so she gave him another 7 oz bottle right away. 14 oz for a 4 month old seems really a lot to me so I wanted your opinions!

Uuuhhhhh.... that's WAY to mych for a 4 month old unless he had went a very longggg time without eating... how did he not throw up

My 18 month old can barely finish 8 ounces of milk at a time sometimes.

An overfed baby won't settle. And without even knowing precisely what amount 7 oz is I can tell it's too much.

My 3.5 month old only eats 4.5-5 ounces of breast milk and formula. That is not normal!

Is this normal?
