Backache pains normal?
Hey guys i'm now 19w+3d of my first pregnancy with twins. I feel quite a lot of pains in my back, and then in my lower abdomen when i lay down in bed at night during sleeping hrs. Is this normal to feel like this in a second trimester? Doesn't feel any kicks somehow but a little fluttering in my belly sometime.
