If I am 7 weeks can someone please let me know when was the time I got pregnant!?

2 weeks after your last period would be when you got pregnant

How long are your cycles normally? If you have a normally 28 day cycle then you would be approx 9 weeks. Now give it take a few days for ovulating late or implanting late you could be around 8 weeks. BUT that’s based on a 28 day cycle. So now let’s say you have more like a 40 day cycle then you would only be closer to 6.5/7 weeks.. does that make sense? 
Was there a heartbeat at your ultrasound? Dr measured you 6 weeks? I wouldn’t be concerned yet but could mean baby isn’t growing up to date. So many things go Into play and you won’t know more until another ultrasound.
