Warning graphic miscarriage

I’m about 7 weeks and started cramping in my back went to the bathroom and bled and 20 minutes later went back to the bathroom and baby slid out of me. I can see the baby in the sac… my question is should I go to ER? or just let everything pass naturally? It’s so crazy how I was able to actually see baby in their sac… idk how to feel I’m in shock
