You can lighten your hair at any point in pregnancy. Just make sure you are in a well ventilated room and if you are doing it yourself wear gloves

Yep had mine bleached all the way through from 5/6 weeks, roots too

I’m 32+3 and have been getting highlights regularly through my pregnancy. My girl just knows to make sure she doesn’t actually touch my scalp with the bleach. Like a previous person said, as long as the room is well ventilated, it’s completely fine.

As long as the smell doesn’t affect you badly and it doesn’t touch the roots. You’re fine.
