Could this be bed bugs??

I’m staying at an Airbnb and woke up to all these bites 
They’re not super red like what I’ve seen on Google but I still can’t tell if it’s bed bugs or maybe a spider?? I have bites on my back too

I dont see anything at all on your leg even in the circles. But its possible if you got ate up and the bites are more on 1 side(the side you sleep on) its probobly bedbugs or fleas

I stayed in a hotel once with bedbugs and they came out at night when I put my big backpack on the bed.. they got activated by the time of night and movement and I spotted them before I laid down thank God!

You should inspect your bedding and the mattress to see if you can find any bugs.

Are they itchy? The pattern on your leg looks like bites a bed bug would do BUT typically they are really itchy and red

I've had bedbugs. The itching will be so severe you'll want to tear your skin off! If they are not clumped together or itch that bad, raised, then it might be something else. But in case you need to check the bedding. Lifting the mattress, etc.

Bed bugs bite in rows “breakfast,lunch, and dinner” is how I have always heard they eat. And from what I can tell it looks like u have rows of bites! Look in the tops of curtains and in the box springs and all around the edges of the mattress with that many bites I’m sure u will find at least one bug if it is bed bugs! Good luck and be safe taking stuff back home go treat everything!
