I'm 38 and 6 today and I've been having irregular contractions for about 4 hours now. I'm having a lot of back pain with them. 2 days ago I had the same thing, contractions for about 4.5 hours then they stopped. But this time my uterus is staying sore in between contractions. The contractions themselves are mild to moderate, I can walk and talk through most of them, but the lingering crampy feeling is concerning me because I didn't have that 2 days ago. Is that normal for it to be sore in between? I'm also gassy if that matters.
