Went back for my ultrasound and my doctor gets started as I'm watching I see what looks like twins but he quickly turned the screen found the heart beat and then wrapped up and we left... my ultrasound was 5 minutes or less I've never had an ultrasound so fast this is my 4th pregnancy...

I've had a few other signs that make me wonder 🤔

I had a dream of having twins before finding out I was pregnant.

My first positive was a dye stealer,

My symptoms have been crazy strong,

more nausea this pregnancy than any other,

Have to nap if not once a day but multiple times,

Constantly eating and peeing
