Does ovulation come first or period after miscarriage?

Question

I had a miscarriage on 6/12 at 9 weeks but baby measured only 6 weeks.
My HCG strips are almost negative.
Bleeding has completely stopped since Friday.
I've read different things online and some people say you get a period before you ovulate but other say you ovulate before you get your first period post miscarriage.
So I just don't know what to believe.
I will be testing with my LH strips as well just to see but I'm just wondering which will be first and how long it took you to conceive after your miscarriage ?
Just wanna try for our rainbow baby already.

It doesn’t vary or depend on the person. Ovulation is what triggers your period to start. Without it, we don’t menstruate.

You need to ovulate to get your next period. The miscarriage bleeding is not counted as period.

I miscarried at nearly 11 weeks in April  and I didn’t ovulate until June, it really does vary from woman too woman just remember lh strips don’t show if your actually ovulating 🫶🏼

I counted the miscarriage bleed as my period and then waited to ovulated from there like I was starting a whole new cycle.

It can vary. I miscarried at 9 weeks as well and I got my period and then got pregnant again that first cycle back.
