Mucus plug?

Question

I’m starting to lose bits and pieces of my mucus plug I believe? I’m only 31 weeks and a couple days. My mom had all early babies not one made it past 37 weeks and she said she’d lose hers like this early too. I took a pic of the first one but not these last ones I’ve gotten with a little pink in them. What do you think? I know it’s kinda gross and stuff but I’m just trying to see!

I have def been told by my midwives and from birthing classes that mucus plug isn't a sign of impending labor and can regenerate.

I started losing mine with my first at 30 weeks.  I went into labor the day of my c-section at 39 weeks.  Unfortunately it doesn’t mean much, but if your cramping or bleeding definitely let your OB know.  Those symptoms combined could be labor!

Hi! It could be! I was taught in my prenatal course (from my first baby),  that many women lose pieces of their mucus plug in late pregnancy and it regenerates. Unless you start bleeding or having contractions, I wouldn’t worry about it.
