running away

just here to vent that im so stressed with my toddler always running of were on holiday atm and its just so dangerous she ran into the adult pool which was taped of yesterday luckily its a shelved entrance so starts of shallow and gets deeper so i got to her today she bolted out the park on holiday when someone left the gate open and again was running on the edge of the pool but bye the deep end i just dont know how to tackle this i know shouting stop and running is a game to her she gets giddy doesnt look were shes going and is a danger but i dont know what else to do its making the holiday abroad not relaxing shes on a toddler lead all the time now and none of the other kids are here
