Any advice please

I got two positive tests yesterday and I took a digital this morning and it was negative. I took another regular test and the line looked even more faint than yesterday. I’ve had all the symptoms, sore boobs, fatigue, nausea. But today I started having cramps and some light pink spotting that turned into cherry red color but still just spotting. Am I miscarrying?? I’m so heartbroken. These are my tests for reference
