37+2 - Labor Signs?

2-3cm dilated/80%/-2 as of Weds appt. Had my blood show with a huge piece of my plug early Thurs morning. Lost another small piece Thurs night.

Been super nauseous since Wed & having very soft stools a lot since Wed (I’ve been going once a day this whole pregnancy and I’m going 4-5x a day now). Period cramping is constant and I’ve had some painful contractions but nothing consistent yet. Is labor nearing? 😳🤞🏼
