Roe Vs Wade

I’m not trying to start an argument. I just have some questions. They just overturned roe vs wade. I’ve had 4 pregnancy losses but with 2 of them I basically needed an abortion because my body wouldn’t naturally miscarry on its own. My husband and I found out earlier this month that we’re pregnant again without even trying. If there’s something wrong with this baby and I can’t miscarry on my own...does that mean I can’t get a d&c or whatever? I’m really hoping for a healthy baby because I can’t fathom having to go through that. I’m just really worried what would happen if something was wrong with my baby and I was forced to wait it out.
