They’re still pretty all over the place. Are they getting more intense? Can you talk through them? If they’re getting more intense and you can’t talk through them, then yes. If not, seems like false labor. When in doubt though, you can call the on call.

I would say it depends on how intense they are. My contractions never came at consistent intervals. Even when I was ready to push, I was having contractions anywhere from 1-7 minutes apart. I was told to call my midwife when they were 5 mins apart lasting 1 minute each for 1 hour, but that never happened. We waited so long to call the midwife that by the time she arrived I was fully dilated and nearly crowning. My water also didn’t break until I was already pushing.
Maybe call and describe what’s happening and they will make a recommendation

These looks like practice contractions. Just keep an eye on them and drink water!

You water broke before these contractions? My second pregnancy my water broke like gushing out like crazy. I went in at 8 pm and has baby next morning. I’d call your OB and tell them. More than likely you should go in.
