Back/waist pain @ 26 weeks

I am currently 26weeks.

I was sitting in my car and tried to pop my back yesterday by twisting to the left and the right.

It wasn’t like a deep yoga twist but it wasn’t a light twist either. But it was followed by waist pain and some flank pain :/ it feels muscular but now I’m freaking out. It got better after a few hours but hasn’t fully resolved yet. Of course I would decide to look up what dangerous exercises are after the fact 😢🥲😐

FYI- baby is still moving. I just worry abt hurting him.
